Rust converters

Esnadee provides a quality rust convertor to its customers, the same product it uses on its own jobs where other methods of cleaning are impractical – simply apply the rust converter and return in an hour to continue to apply either a second coat or a primer.

Rust converter is ideal for preparing rusty steel for painting espcially on large areas where it is self priming and reduce the total time and hence cost to bring back into service.

Typically rust converter treated surfaces last an additional 3 years to next maintenance compared so traditional manual preparation to ST3 and priming before application of a finish coat. May be overcoated with single and two pack products depending on expected service conditions.

Rust converter is safe, friendly and esy to use containing no corrosive mineral acids and as it is water based, environmentally friendly and easy to clean down equipment after use.

Overcoated with grey single pack polyurethane after 4 hours
