High Pressure Water Jet Blasting
High Pressure Water Jetting otherwise known as hydro jetting or high pressure cleaning, is the process of spraying pressurized water onto a surface to remove surface material and contaminants.
High Pressure Water Jetting has the advantage of removing soluble salts from the surfaces which are likely to cause corrosion. High pressure water jetting (hydro-jetting) is a method of cleaning especially suitable for drain and sewer lines using highly-pressurized water.
Since water practically doesn’t compress under pressure in atmosphere (it actually will, but not at pressures used by hydro-jetting machines), the increased pressure used by hydro-jetting machines directly translates into much more cleaning power but does require ample water for the job in hand.
